At MCC we believe that all of our leaders are first under the authority of the Lord Jesus - He is Head of the Church. 

So we follow Him!

And within our Leadership Community we seek to cultivate a Gospel Culture.  A culture of good news, as we seek to serve, be humble, and love one another as we all submit to the Holy Spirit and seek to partner with Him as MCC is conformed to the image of Jesus to the glory of the Father!  

So we are intentional and prayerful in who we call as Leaders.  We don't call people who want to be in charge, but those who desire to lead as Jesus taught us to - by serving.
