Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 19:14b). At MCC we desire to echo these words. We desire to put no hindrance in the way of our children as they come to Jesus. So in all of our Children’s Ministry opportunities we strive to cultivate a safe culture and environment that helps our children know Jesus loves them, and for them to know Jesus more!
On Sunday mornings we offer several programs for our Children, to both give them age appropriate opportunities to know Jesus more, and to give parents an opportuntiy to worship on Sunday's knowing that their children are well cared for:
Sunday Programs:
Little Blessings - our nursery program for children 9 months thru Pre-K. This begins as the service starts at 10am and is run by background checked and trained volunteers.
Jr. Bible Adventures - this is a program that begins around the half-way mark of our Sunday service, and is for children from Pre-K thru 2nd grace. They spend time doing crafts and learning Bible stories together.
Bible Adventures - this program begins the same time as Jr. Bible Adventures, and is for children in 3rd thru 6th grade. They spend time doing activities, crafts, and learning about the Bible!
We also have a Mother's Room and a Family Room available - please ask one of our greeters on Sunday morning for more details!
