Monadnock Congregational Church (MCC) is a non-denominational church.  We are currently not affiliated with any other organizational bodies, although we are closely aligned in theology and ministry with the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference.  

Our church is led by three main groups formed within the congregational membership of MCC: the Elders, the Trustees, and the Servant Leadership Teams.  You can read more about the roles of each by following the links to the right.  The pastor is the spiritual leader for the congregation and provides guidance to these and other groups within the church.
